Who said hip workouts are only for the “young ones”? With a growing group of active seniors being increasingly interested in keeping fit and getting in tune with the latest trends in music, yoga and exercise, we thought it’s time we design a customised class for our active agers! A special structured progressive class for seniors, this workout caters specifically for participants above 55 years of age to transit from a sedentary lifestyle to one of regular exercise. BodyBalance is a mixture of Taichi, Yoga and Pilates and will help to improve posture, reduce physical aches and pains and increase balance and prevent falls. What’s more, our experienced trainers emphasise a safe and inclusive environment which allows you to socialize with other participants around the same age and will customise their guidance through individualized modifications. Alvin Lim (BodyBalance)

Alvin is the principal instructor of Flow Fitness, and also teaches for more than 5 years at various commercial gyms. He is an Advanced instructor in BodyBalance in Singapore and is the lead instructor for many release launches. As the lead mentor for BodyBalance at Flow Fitness and one of the few Born To Move (Les Mills Youth program) instructors in Asia. He is also trained in Animal Flow, Sh’bam & BodyCombat and has 200 hrs Yoga Alliance certification.
