Beginners Class Alert! BodyBalance & BodyJam

Fearful of attending classes? Not sure if the moves are too fast and feeling shy to workout in front of the “expert” participants. We feel you! That’s why we have started these 2 beginner classes to help you to get into the groove of our programs and to create a great inclusive environment to allow you to ease into a new active lifestyle through a series of structured progressive classes. Be it the Yoga-based BodyBalance or the Dance-Based BodyJam, there is always an option for you to start a fitness journey today.

BodyBalance Beginners

BodyBalance Beginners Class

This series of classes will help beginners build strength and flexibility through posture alignment and provide customized individual modifications for each participant.

Introduction Class

Progressive Beginner Class
4 Sessions for $52
Dates: 3, 10, 17 & 24 Sep 2018
Optional Replacement Class: 1 Oct 2018 (Only 1 replacement class allowed)

Have 2 left feet yet can’t stop moving to the beat? This series caters to those who have absolute no dance experience by breaking down complex sequences into manageable easy steps.

Instructors

Alvin Lim (BodyBalance)

Alvin is the principal instructor of Flow Fitness, and also teaches for more than 5 years at various commercial gyms. He is an Advanced instructor in BodyBalance in Singapore and is the lead instructor for many release launches. As the lead mentor for BodyBalance at Flow Fitness and one of the few Born To Move (Les Mills Youth program) instructors in Asia. He is also trained in Animal Flow, Sh’bam & BodyCombat and has 200 hrs Yoga Alliance certification.

Alison Foo (BodyJam)

An experienced Yoga, Les Mills BodyJam, BodyBalance, Sh’bam & CXWorx instructor, Alison is an avid fitness enthusiast who is passionate about helping others to develop strength and flexibility whilst having fun. She has participated in major events like URA Car-Free Sunday, Yoga by the Sea and Fight Club 2.
