bodycombat_0878BodyCombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Participants will be required to wear comfortable sports attire with proper sports shoes. Participants are encouraged to take breaks at their own discretion and stay hydrated at all times. Participants may also consider bringing a big thick towel to cushion their knees or to lay on the floor for the conditioning tracks.
